I wish everyone required this because I’m tired of losing money when others say they ship your items and then you check it and it says they haven’t received your item and then nobody wants to give you a refund so you’re out money

I had ordered 4 replacement lids, but shipping was ridiculously high. When I questioned it, it was refunded in full, no questions. I thought that was really nice.
